Twenty minutes for a great pork dish served with your favorite side.
Ingredients
8-9 1/2 inch thick chops
1 1/2 cups prepared stuffing (choose your favorite flavor/style)
1 pkg. pork coating
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 425. Moisten chops with water, slice a pocket in the meat. Put stuffing into meat pocket, flatten with your hand a little. Place pork coating on a flat plate and toss stuffed pork on both sides in pork coating. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes and enjoy with your favorite sides. Gravy also tastes excellent with this meat!!
