Corned Beef and Cabbage

Description

This is a great Irish meal for St. Patrick's Day.

Ingredients
2 1/2 - 3 lbs. of corned beef
3 x-large potatoes, Or red potatoes
6 carrots
2 heads of cabbage

Directions
Place your corn beef in crock-pot and add warm water, just covering the beef. Cook this on medium heat for 8 hours. On the last 1/2 hour, add potatoes, carrots, and cabbage and then it will be done. Enjoy!
