If you like Mexican, you'll love this recipe.
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
2 28oz cans of crushed tomatoes or tomato puree
salt and pepper to taste
1 small onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 jalapeño pepper diced
1/2 Cubanelle pepper diced
1 package of taco seasoning
1 package of taco blend cheese
1 lb of pasta (any kind you like)
Sour Cream (optional) as a topping
Directions
Add 2 cans of sauce into a pot, into the sauce add salt and pepper to taste, (minced) 1/2 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 jalapeño pepper, 1/2 cubanelle pepper and taco seasoning, stir and simmer for approximately a 1/2 hour. In a separate saucepan, brown ground beef with 1/2 onion and 1 clove of garlic. After meat has browned add to sauce and cook for approximately 15 minutes, when sauce is almost done add Taco blend cheese. Add cooked pasta and serve. Serve with sour cream (optional).
