Mom's Crab Cakes

Description

It's easy to make and tastes great.

Ingredients
4 or 5 slices of bread (cut off crust) Break into small pieces
1 lb crab meat
1 Egg
1 Pinch of Dry Mustard, (can use reg. mustard)
1 Can of Celery Soup
salt and Pepper to taste
Bread Crumbs

Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Shape into hamburger size patties and dip into bread crumbs, Fry in hot oil, Reduce heat to low and fry Until Golden Brown. Serve with French Fries and Cole Slaw.

Cook Time: 30 Min
Total Time: 40 Min
