Antipasto Pizza

Description

Can't decide between an Antipasto or pizza for dinner? Why not try combining the two? I love pizza, but when you work at a pizza shop, it can get a bit boring,so you find yourself thinking up some new ideas, or twists on America's favorite food. So here's a little something I came up with for an occasional twist on two Italian favorites.

Ingredients
Pizza Dough (enough for one pizza) Or your Favorite premade Pizza Crust
Italian Dressing 1/4 cup -1/2 cup (depending on how much you like)
Shredded Cheese, Mozzarella& or Provolone, about 1 1/2 cups
Salami, about 4-8 slices, chopped into bite size pieces
Ham, about 1 cup diced
Pepperoni slices, 1/2 cups
Banana Pepper Rings 1/4 cups
Tomatoes 1/2 cups large dice
Black olives 1/4 cup sliced

Directions
Start with your favorite Pizza dough recipe, or you can use a pre made dough or crust (depending on your preference) and place onto a sheet pan. Next take your favorite Italian dressing and top the crust with a thin layer (too much can make the crust soggy).Now, take your shredded cheese continue to layer over the dressing. After your cheese is spread out evenly across the crust, start taking your other ingredients and continue to layer them over the pizza. There's no wrong way to add the topping, just place them across the top so that they are spread out evenly so every bite is full of toppings.
