Description
A quick and easy meal that's filling.
Ingredients
1 can black beans
1 cup cooked rice
1 t. chili Powder
½ t. ground cumin
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
4 flour tortillas
1 T. olive oil
Directions
Mix beans, rice, spices, and half tomato sauce. Heat in pan. Dip tortillas in remaining tomato sauce. Fill with bean mixture. Roll and place on skillet with heated olive oil. Cook both sides. Serve with lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, and sour cream.
