This is a great finger food for parties that everyone loves!
Ingredients
1 lb. Thinly sliced Roast Beef or meat of choice
1 large pkg cream cheese
6-8 green onions
2T Hot sauce
Directions
Have cream cheese at room temperature. Chop green onions finely including green tops. Mix green onions and hot sauce with cream cheese. Spread mixture evenly on each slice of meat and roll up. Refrigerate 2 hours. Just before serving slice each into bite size pieces. Serve on a platter mixed with green olives, black olives and pickles. (For children's parties, mix cream cheese with small can of crushed pineapple and spread on ham.
