Fresh Basil and Tomato Bruschetta

Description
Toasted bread topped with tomatoes and fresh basil.
Ingredients
1-2 loaves of Italian bread
1 lb. of grape and or plum tomatoes, diced
1 small onion, finely chopped
4 leaves of fresh basil, (can use dry spices)
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp grated cheese
dash red pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
3tbspn. Olive Oil
4 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
Directions
Add all ingredients in small container and let sit in refrigerator for one hour to marinate. Slice bread into pieces and arrange on cookie sheet. bake at 350 for just about 8 min. until just lightly toasted. Set aside to cook. Add tomato topping to each piece of bread and sprinkle with grated cheese. Serve and enjoy.
