Cajun Chicken Pasta

Description

Spicy chicken in a Cajun cream sauce.

Ingredients
3 8 oz. chicken breast
dust of Cajun seasoning
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
1 cup heavy cream
1 lb. angel hair pasta

Directions
Cut up chicken breast into strips and dust with Cajun seasoning. Next, cut up peppers into strips, (1/2 pepper for each serving.) Now, heat up 1/2 oz. of olive oil in a sauté pan in which you will sauté the chicken. When chicken is almost done, add colored peppers, cooking them until they are just a little crunchy. After about three minutes, add 1 cup of heavy cream and reduce until creamy (you may need to add more Cajun seasoning to taste, depending how spicy you like it.) While this mixture is heating, cook 1 lb. pasta, drain it and add it to the chicken. Enjoy!
