Ingredients
3 lemons
Extra virgin olive oil
Italian-style bread crumbs
Romono shaker cheese
Parmesan shaker cheese
Salt
Pepper
4 cube steaks
Directions
Mix together all wet ingredients (lemons and virgin olive oil) in a small bowl. In another bowl, mix up all the dry ingredients (Italian bread crumbs, cheeses and garlic). Take your steaks and dip them into the wet mix and then into the dry mix, placing each on a cookie sheet. Broil meat on both sides until golden brown. Tastes best served with rice pilaf and corn. Enjoy!
