Fried corn on the cob

Description

Sweet corn that is easy to make. Great for barbecues.

Ingredients
corn on cob.
cornmeal and frying grease

Directions
Husk and clean corn on cob, wet it a bit, lightly roll in cornmeal and fry in skillet, do not use a lot of shortening, but do lightly fry until it starts turning a light yellow, you do not want it brown. It does not reheat real good either. but when it is done right, it is sweet tasting corn.
