Description
A delicious sherbet treat on a hot day.

Ingredients
2 cups sugar
3 cups water
2 tsp. lemon zest
1 1/2 cups lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Cool and freeze.
