Scrumptious BBQ Corn on the Cob

Description

A scrumptious new & easy way to prepare corn on the cob!

Ingredients
Mayonnaise (I prefer Best Foods)
Garlic Salt, pepper and chili powder evenly sprinkled over corn
Cheese (shredded Parmesan,cheddar)

Directions
Gather fresh ears of corn on the cob, husk the corn, pull off the silky threads, and cut out any blemishes with a pointed knife. Then using a pastry brush, smear all sides with mayonnaise to coat. Sprinkle garlic salt, black pepper and chili powder on all sides. Lightly cover the corn with shredded Parmesan or cheese of your choice. Roll in tin foil and place on top rack of BBQ and roast for 10 to 15 minutes.

This recipe is guaranteed to be a hit at your next BBQ.

Ingredients
2 lb Pork Tenderloin
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 TBSP grated ginger
1 TBSP brown sugar

Directions
Mix marinade ingredients together. Place pork in ziplock bag and pour marinade into bag. For best results, refrigerate for several hours to allow the marinade to seep through. Place on grill over medium flame and cook for 30 to 40 minutes with cover closed. Turn several times until done to desired taste. Your friends will LOVE it.

A simple BBQ side dish with the most basic of ingredients.

Ingredients
Full pineapple
Cinnamon
Sugar

Directions
Preheat BBQ grill. Cut the skin from the pineapple. You can either cook this whole or in thick strips of the fruits meat. Sprinkle desired amount of mixed sugar and cinnamon. Grilling time depends on weather the fruit is whole or cut. Remove from grill when it’s fully heated and slightly crisp on the outside. Cut into portions and serve. Should be full of juice and is excellent as a side with pork, ham or chicken. Enjoy!

Description

For those who don't like Beef this is a great tasting BBQ alternative!

Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter, cut into pieces
1 small red onion, 1/2 finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, eyeball it
1 1/4 pounds ground chicken
1 tablespoons grill seasoning (recommended: McCormick brand) a palm full
Salt and pepper
4 cornmeal Keiser rolls, split

Directions
In a small skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add chopped onions, garlic and tomato paste and sweat them for 5 minutes to soften and sweeten. Sprinkle in sugar and remove from heat. Cool in a bowl, 5 minutes. Add tomato paste mixture, Worcestershire to bowl and combine. Add chicken to the bowl then grill seasoning and combine the burgers well to evenly distribute the flavors and form 4 patties. Wash up.
Cook patties 6 minutes on each side over medium-high heat
